Nanna is the wife of Oðin's son, Baldr. When Loki tricked Baldr's brother Höðr, into killer her husband, Nanna was overcome with sorrow. She died from her grief and shared her husband's funeral pyre. Oðin then sent his servant, Hermóðr, to Hel to negotiate for Baldr's release. There Hermóðr found the couple at a banquet held in their honor. Baldr, Höðr, and (presumably) Nanna will rejoin the living only after Ragnarök when the new world springs up from the ashes of the old one. 
 
 
Each Mini Myth stands 2-3" tall and is presented in a cold cast brass finish, hand-weathered and antiqued to appear like something found at an archeological site.
