Hello All! According to the pamphlet, Daily Stav, by David Stone, Thor's Day is about community. So I'll mention a little about myself in the hopes that new friendships will begin to be forged.

Over the last 15 years or so, I've followed a very eclectic spiritual path. For most of my life I delved into anything but Norse mythology (my folk roots). I now realize most of the self-denial may have been due to some deeply inherited family wounds. As I develop working relationships with the ancestors, I've witnessed and experienced amazing healing with my living family members as well as those deceased. The ripple affect LOL. Moves every which way through time.

I don't remember how it happened, but I stumbled across some teachings by Kari Tauring, a Norse Cultural Educator, https://karitauring.com/about-kari/, and she became my mentor for several years. I learned so much, that I realized, I don't know a whole heck of a lot! And sometimes remembering with my old lady brain, yikes!

As I grow more accepting of myself and my lineage, I'm stumbling across amazing groups of people everywhere! Now including this group!
