Our Beliefs     Quick Facts     About Our Name & Logo

Our Approach

We develop all pieces and plans using our INfrastructure© method, a system originated by Stone Soup Communications for developing effective creative that is designed to ensure every piece we craft intrigues, invites, informs and involves.

Most Stone Soup projects proceed in the following fashion. We'll:

    1. Make sure all involved are clear on the project goals and objectives
    2. Provide a cost estimate along with any specific recommendation
    3. Familiarize ourselves with the site, product, company or event that is at the heart of the project
    4. Engage in creative brainstorming and conceptual development, including determining message content, tone and style.
    5. Present our recommendations, including any additional estimates for implementation
    6. Get your feedback and make the requested change
    7. Present the final revised piece
    8. Coordination with the printer, fabricator or any post-production services, as necessary

Although we have a process in place through which most projects proceed, we always maintain a malleable approach so that we can effectively and efficiently meet our clients' needs - even if they change midstream. Meetings take place as needed to accommodate client and/or project objectives. At every step, we encourage client involvement, since their feedback and input is critical to guaranteeing a final product that truly reflects them and with which they are pleased.
