We develop all pieces and plans using our Infrastructure method, a system
originated by Stone Soup for developing effective creative that is designed to ensure that every piece of creative we craft intrigues, invites, informs and involves.

Most Stone Soup projects proceed in the following fashion:

1. Determination and/or verification of project goals and objectives

2. Proposal of costs for initial consultation, presentation and/or recommendations

3. Familiarization with the site, product, company or event that is at the heart of the project

4. Creative brainstorming and conceptual development, including determining message content, tone and style.

5. Preparation and presentation of our recommendations, including estimates for implementation

6. Approval and/or incorporation of requested changes

7. Presentation of final revised piece

8. Coordination with printer, fabricator or mailing house, as applicable

9. Coordination of any post-production services, as applicable

However, we always maintain a malleable approach so that we can effectively and efficiently meet our clients’ needs – even if they change midstream. Meetings take place as needed to meet client and/or project objectives. At every step, we encourage client involvement, since their feedback and input is critical to guaranteeing a final product that truly reflects them and with which they are happy.
